OUR QUALITY POLICY
At NAVIJET we are devoted to consistent commitment of Quality Services through the application of a Management system based in the following core principles:
- Constantly improving and expanding the definition of the Ship Agent by rendering High Quality Services capable of providing suitable solutions for the cruises’ ship operators, crew, charterers and logistics agents while meeting their highest expectations.
- Abiding by all applicable requirements, laws and regulations, whether domestic or international, as well as by our key internal proceedings standards.
- Continuously improving our quality goals in order to guarantee a safe service and prevent quality-related incidents through solid and clear processes as crucial tools for Risk Management.
- Fostering the participation, promotion and responsibility regarding quality systems among our staff and third parties through education, professional ethics practices, training and coaching, supervision and effective communication.
This Quality Policy shall be extended by us to our staff members and any other party that might engage in activities with or act on behalf of Navijet.
